Ioneer Ltd is an Australian-incorporated developer and the 100% owner of the Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The project is fully permitted and construction-ready, with a closed US$996 million U.S. Department of Energy loan facility, but it remained subject to completing the strategic-partner process and a final investment decision at 30 July 2026.
