American West owns and operates West Desert in western Juab County, Utah. InZinc sold the property in 2021 and retains no equity ownership in the project itself; its direct project interest is a royalty equal to 50% of revenue from future indium sales, which American West may reduce to 25% by paying InZinc US$5 million before first indium sales. The project has a current JORC resource and a 2014 PEA that predates both current ownership and the updated resource.
