Golden Rose is a past-producing iron-formation-hosted gold property approximately 70 kilometres northeast of Sudbury with a shaft, decline, seven underground levels and a favourable host horizon extending approximately 2.2 kilometres. Inventus agreed to acquire the Belfast-Teck Mag package containing the mine, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
