Skaergaard comprises three mineral exploration licences in southeast Greenland held by Major Precious Greenland A/S. Intrusion retains 20% of the licence holder and Greenland Mines owns 80%, operates the project and can purchase the remaining 20%; SLR's July 2026 S-K 1300 resource is reported on a 100%-project basis.
