The East mine and associated processing facilities in Carlsbad produce Trio from langbeinite ore. Intrepid disclosed new economically mineable langbeinite reserves at year-end 2025 and is improving underground productivity. Most water used by East and HB comes from wells on state lands accessed under a New Mexico State Land Office (NMSLO) easement; operations continue under a temporary renewal while a long-term renewal is pursued.
