Tombstone South covers about 3,500 acres southwest of Tombstone in Cochise County. Intrepid holds an option from New Empire Exploration to acquire a 100% direct interest after completing staged cash, share and US$3 million work commitments. Historical drilling and geophysics support permitted exploration targets, but the project has no current mineral resource or economic study.
