Mesa Well is a roughly 6,500-acre, road-accessible project on Arizona state land in the Laramide copper porphyry belt. Intrepid holds an option from Bronco Creek Exploration, an EMX Royalty subsidiary, to acquire a 100% direct interest after staged payments, share issuances and a US$2 million work commitment. It is drill permitted and has no current mineral resource or economic study.
