Infinito Gold Ltd. is a Canadian legacy gold developer whose principal asset was the Crucitas project in Costa Rica. Costa Rican courts annulled the project's exploitation concession, the June 2021 ICSID award did not restore development rights, and Infinito discontinued its partial-annulment proceeding in 2024. Its previously suspended NEX shares, traded as IG.H, were delisted effective December 24, 2024; there is no current public market, active mine or current compliant mineral estimate.
