Commonwealth is a JORC-resource exploration joint venture north of Orange. Kuniko has earned a 51% interest after A$1.5 million of expenditure and is undertaking Phase 2 drilling. Under the earn-in agreement, Kuniko may increase its interest to 70% by spending a further A$1.5 million, with Impact's 30% then free-carried to a Decision to Mine.
