Karaberd is operated through IMC's 100%-owned mining subsidiary ASSAT LLC. ASSAT has contracted TTH Limited for laboratory reconstruction, a further exploration programme and surface preparation for underground mining operations, including relocation of up to 5,000 tonnes of rock and associated ore. Gold concentration continues at the Megradzor plant at approximately 4,000 tonnes per month, followed by processing to 0.997 purity at the Masis plant. With three additional electrodes and the laboratory reconstruction, ASSAT targets 50 kg of gold over the next 12 months. The company aims to have a silver production plant in place by the end of October or early November 2026, targeting 50 kg of silver over the following 12 months.
