Iluka's Australian mineral-sands operating chain comprises Jacinth-Ambrosia mining in South Australia and concentration and separation facilities at Narngulu, together with Cataby mine and the Capel synthetic-rutile kilns in Western Australia. Jacinth-Ambrosia remains the active ore source; Cataby and both kilns have been idle since 1 December 2025.
