ILC Critical Minerals Ltd., formerly International Lithium Corp., is a Canadian critical-minerals developer focused on the wholly owned Raleigh Lake lithium and rubidium project in Ontario. Raleigh Lake has an NI 43-101 lithium resource and preliminary economic assessment; ILC also holds the Firesteel copper-cobalt project, an option-stage interest at Wolf Ridge and retained royalties over Avalonia and Forgan/Lucky Lakes.
