Nova is IGO's wholly owned underground nickel-copper-cobalt mine and concentrator in southeastern Western Australia. Mining is planned to conclude in the December 2026 quarter, after which Global Lithium Resources is expected to acquire the processing plant, infrastructure and rehabilitation obligations under a conditional A$7 million transaction.
