IGO transferred the Cosmic Boy plant, infrastructure and rehabilitation obligations to Medallion Metals but retained rights to explore, develop and mine nickel and lithium at Forrestania. Reverse-circulation drilling tested eight retained targets during the December 2025 quarter, with Medallion providing access and operational support under the transaction.
