Pine Tree comprises 61 unpatented mineral lode claims covering approximately 1,320 acres in Mineral County, Nevada. IEMR owns the property through its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary. The claims are subject to a 2% net-smelter-return royalty in favour of Western Geosciences, Inc. and James H. Meyers, with US$25,000 annual advance royalties; after US$2 million of royalty payments the rate reduces to 0.5%. The last property drilling occurred in 2011.
