Wholly owned ICL operation comprising the Rotem, Oron and Zin open pits and the operating Rotem and Oron beneficiation plants. Limited Zin mining resumed in 2024, but its beneficiation plant remains closed; Zin ore is crushed in-pit and processed through Oron. At December 31, 2025, the complex reported 168.0 Mt of measured phosphate resources exclusive of reserves and 74.4 Mt of proven reserves grading 24.9% P2O5. The current plan mines Rotem through 2030 and Oron and Zin through 2040. A 20-year mining concession covering 177.8 square kilometres is effective from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2044, subject to continued commercial viability.
