Haikou is an operating conventional open-pit phosphate mine and integrated beneficiation complex in Yunnan. Ore is upgraded through crushing, screening, flotation and dry-crushing or scrubbing circuits before concentrate is supplied to the associated 3C chemical complex. At December 31, 2025, the operation reported 5.5 Mt of resources and 40.5 Mt of reserves on a 100% property basis; the reserve schedule extends from 2026 through 2042. ICL controls Yunnan Phosphate Haikou and holds a 50% economic interest, with Yunnan Yuntianhua Corporation Ltd. holding the other 50%. The latest disclosed economic analysis remains the December 31, 2024 S-K 1300 case, presented on ICL's 50% attributable basis.
