Dead Sea Works is a wholly owned, steady-state brine and solar-evaporation operation on the southwest shore of the Dead Sea's southern basin. Its 37 ponds cover about 146.7 square kilometres. ICL reported 2025 production of 3.572 Mt of potash and year-end resources of 2,398.9 Mt grading about 21% KCl, exclusive of 97.7 Mt of Proven reserves grading 20.5% KCl. The reserve life is constrained by the current concession, which expires on March 31, 2030. A binding agreement signed with the State of Israel addresses transfer and compensation for concession assets at expiry but does not award ICL the post-2030 concession.
