Boulby is a wholly owned, operating underground polyhalite and rock-salt mine beneath the North Yorkshire coast and North Sea. Modified room-and-pillar mining supplies a surface crushing-and-screening plant producing Polysulphate products. At December 31, 2025, the operation reported 45.8 Mt of Indicated and 20.8 Mt of Inferred polyhalite resources, plus 8.6 Mt of Probable reserves, all at approximately 13.7%–13.9% K2O. The updated reserve schedule runs from 2026 through 2035, while further conversion of the larger resource could extend operations. ICL completed its broader strategic review and initiated a sale process for Boulby, but the mine remained in production as of the latest disclosures.
