Kumarina consists of mining lease M52/27 and mining lease application MLA52/1078 over approximately 3.2 square kilometres. Historical workings extend for nearly five kilometres, and the Rinaldi prospect has a current JORC 2012 resource of 0.835 Mt at 1.3% copper for 10.6 kt contained copper. The resource lies within the mining lease application contiguous with M52/27. Horseshoe Metals is progressing a project agreement with the Native Title party as part of the application process, and no field work was reported in the March 2026 quarter.
