Glenloth comprises exploration licence EL6301 and two blocks totalling 107 square kilometres in the Central Gawler Craton. The eastern block covers the historic Glenloth Goldfield and Harris Greenstone Belt, while Old Well lies immediately north of Barton Gold's Tunkillia system. Horseshoe Metals began a technical and strategic review of Old Well in 2025 but reported no field work in the March 2026 quarter. The original acquisition terms include deferred shares if a resource of at least 500,000 ounces is defined and a limited 1% production royalty above specified thresholds.
