Horizon Copper Corp. was a copper-focused resource company holding royalty, stream, equity and non-operating development interests. Royal Gold acquired it in full on October 20, 2025; HCU ceased trading and Horizon became a wholly owned subsidiary whose former interests are now consolidated into Royal Gold's portfolio.
