The Santa Maria Eterna district combines CBPM-leased mineral rights, transferred Guidoni and Pedreiras leases, surface rights and adjacent industrial land in Belmonte, Bahia. A May 2025 NI 43-101 report defined measured and inferred high-purity silica sand, Mining Permit No. 743 was issued in November 2025, and first third-party-processed industrial silica was delivered in June 2026 without a declaration of commercial production.
