The Puebla de la Reina property, also called PBR or Herrerias, covers approximately 90 square kilometres in Badajoz, Extremadura. Historical drilling outlined a high-grade VMS-style zone, and recent geophysics identified an untested target northwest of it, but no current compliant mineral resource is disclosed. Hispania agreed to acquire a 100% interest from Auplata-Amaiur for cash, shares and a 1% NSR. The purchase consideration has been paid or issued, but legal title remains conditional on completing the prescribed exploration program during the one-year permit extension reported for 2025.
