Johnson Tract is an 8,513-hectare polymetallic project on CIRI-owned private inholdings in southcentral Alaska. J T Mining holds the lease through an initial, development and production-term structure; CIRI retains royalties and a one-time right to back in for as much as 25% after feasibility and a construction decision. The May 2025 Initial Assessment evaluates underground direct-shipping ore but does not declare reserves.
