HighGold Mining Inc. is a delisted former TSXV gold developer acquired by Contango ORE in July 2024. It remains an indirect wholly owned subsidiary within Contango Silver & Gold and, through J T Mining, holds the Johnson Tract lease in Alaska. HighGold's former Canadian properties were transferred to Onyx Gold in the June 2023 spinout and are not part of its current project portfolio.
