Lac Pegma is a 2,249-hectare copper-nickel-cobalt property approximately 50 kilometres southeast of Fermont, Quebec. High Tide acquired 100% ownership from Globex Mining Enterprises in 2021; Globex retained a 2% gross metal royalty, half of which High Tide may repurchase for C$1.5 million. The deposit was discovered in 1955 and drilled in 1996, but the issuer's approximately two-million-tonne historical reference is not a current compliant resource.
