SPCDM owns the Serra Pelada mining rights and project assets, while Colossus Brazil holds 75% of SPCDM and COOMIGASP holds the remaining 25%. Colossus placed the project on care and maintenance in 2014 after dewatering problems and insolvency. Helius exercised its option to acquire the Colossus Brazilian subsidiaries in June 2026, but transaction closing remained pending, so zero ownership is recorded as currently earned.
