Helius Minerals Limited is a precious- and base-metals explorer with four wholly owned or controlled exploration properties in Nevada: Venus, Marble Station, Montelle and Yellow Cone. It has also exercised an option to acquire Brazilian subsidiaries holding a 75% interest in the dormant Serra Pelada gold-PGM project, but that acquisition had not closed as of August 10, 2026 and no Serra Pelada ownership is treated as currently earned.
