Hawkeye retains a 2% net-smelter-return royalty over the Railway Property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle, where Newmont is the stated royaltor. Newmont may buy the first 1% for C$1.5 million and three-quarters of the remaining royalty for a further C$1 million, after which Hawkeye would retain a 0.25% royalty.
