Meerkat is a southern Arizona copper project comprising granted claims and additional claims held under a purchase option. Hawk has a twelve-month option, subject to conditions, to acquire 80% of Monument Metals, the project owner. Historic mine grades and drill intersections indicate exploration potential but have not been independently validated by Hawk under JORC 2012. Near-term work consists of data assessment and field reconnaissance before target definition and potential drilling.
