Detroit is Hawk's Utah sediment-hosted gold property, including the Drum claims and Mizpah prospect. Hawk's subsidiary consolidated the residual 45% Drum interest in February 2026 after earlier exploration had earned 55%. A definitive option agreement executed with Infield Minerals in May 2026 gives Infield the right to acquire 100% through staged payments plus resource and production milestones. Until that option is exercised, Detroit remains a Hawk-owned exploration asset subject to pending disposal.
