Hawk's Brazilian subsidiary holds eight granted exploration licences grouped into four current Minas Gerais lithium project areas: Carai, Catuji, Itaipe and Itambacuri. The portfolio provides longer-dated pipeline optionality behind the company's copper and scandium priorities. Earlier reconnaissance generated stream-sediment and soil geochemical targets, but no compliant resource has been declared. The separate Salitre licences in Bahia showed a 0% interest in Hawk's March 2026 tenure schedule and are not treated here as a currently owned project.
