Hastings has agreed to acquire a 49% interest from Enuo Holdings in a Kabin Buri MREC plant, but completion remains subject to revised transaction documentation. The expanded initial design targets 10,000 tonnes per year of monazite feed and approximately 12,000 tonnes per year of MREC output.
