Hastings Technology Metals Limited is a Perth-based rare-earths and critical-minerals developer with a 40% interest in the Yangibana joint venture managed by Wyloo. It has agreed to acquire a 49% interest in Enuo Holdings' Thailand MREC processing plant and retains 100% of the Brockman rare-earths and niobium project.
