Arapua is Harvest Minerals' wholly owned, fully permitted Brazilian operation producing the KP Fértil direct-application natural remineraliser through shallow open-pit extraction and dry crushing and milling. The current JORC 2012 estimate, effective 19 January 2017, totals 13.07 Mt at 3.10% K2O and 2.49% P2O5, comprising 3.75 Mt Indicated and 9.33 Mt Inferred; these commodities cannot be represented in the available mineral-estimate commodity enum. The operation remained the group's sole revenue source in 2025 but ran at reduced scope while the asset was preserved and Brazilian lender obligations were renegotiated. A separate REE programme remains at an early exploration stage, with PVW Resources providing technical cooperation but holding no disclosed project ownership.
