Isa Valley covers approximately 320 square kilometres of the Mount Isa Fault and remains 100% owned by Hammer while South32 funds and operates the earn-in. South32 elected to spend A$3 million over Stage 3 to earn 70%, after which it may sole-fund a Pre-Feasibility Study to increase to 80%.
