Phillips Find is a wholly owned gold project where BML Ventures funded and operated a short open-pit mining and toll-treatment campaign in exchange for 50% of net cash flow after cost recovery. Mining ended in November 2025 and all five treatment campaigns were complete by March 2026. Final lower-grade reconciliation and the last venture distribution remain outstanding.
