Kalium Canyon comprises 135 federal unpatented lode claims covering approximately 2,758 acres in Nevada's Walker Lane. GreenLight acquired 100% in 2022 subject to Orogen royalties and executed a definitive staged earn-in with Barrick in August 2026. Barrick may earn 60%, then 70% and ultimately 80% by funding work, payments and a PFS; no interest has yet vested.
