The wholly owned Root project is GT1's largest resource-stage asset and contains the Root Bay and McCombe deposits. A 2025 standalone PEA evaluates combined open-pit and underground mining with DMS and flotation, while current work is focused on permitting, Indigenous consultation and preserving a path to a future PFS.
