Challenger is GDM's wholly owned operating gold project near Adelong, comprising the mine, processing plant, ML 1435 and EL 5728. Commercial operations began in April 2026 using historic surface mine waste, and regular concentrate shipments and recurring operating cash flow were established by the end of FY2026.
