Shakespeare is Graycliff's 100%-owned, 1,366-hectare project comprising one crown patented lease, two additional leases and 82 mineral claims west of Sudbury. The historic underground mine produced 2,959 ounces of gold from 1903 to 1907. Graycliff has completed more than 12,900 metres of modern drilling, but no current resource, reserve or economic study exists. The original property agreement reserves a 2% NSR, half of which may be repurchased for C$2 million.
