Sydvaranger is a brownfield open-pit iron-ore complex near Kirkenes with existing mine, railway, concentrator and port infrastructure. GRANGEX owns 98.5% and plans a phased restart producing 70% Fe direct-reduction magnetite concentrate under a 2025 DFS.
