Swell Bay comprises seven patented mineral claims roughly 40 kilometres northeast of Fort Frances with historical shafts, pits, trenches and gold-bearing shear zones. Golden Rapture entered a staged option in March 2026 to acquire 100% for C$65,000 cash and 2.4 million shares over three years, subject to a 2% NSR; initial grab samples returned 63.11 g/t and 30.79 g/t gold, but the option is not fully earned and no current resource exists.
