South of Goliath comprises four mineral claim cells approximately 500 metres south of NexGold Mining's proposed Goliath open pit and roughly 20 kilometres east of Dryden. Golden Rapture agreed to acquire 100% for C$600 cash and 200,000 shares, subject to a 1.5% NSR and CSE approval; an August 17 exempt-distribution filing records the shares, but no issuer completion or title-transfer release has been filed.
