The Phillips Township Gold Property is located 13 to 20 kilometres north of Nestor Falls, Ontario. Golden Rapture has completed all payments and share issuances to earn a 100% interest, subject to a 2.5% NSR; it may buy back 1.5% at C$500,000 per 0.5% NSR. The separate Mine CA Gold earn-in agreement is void following failure to deliver the required terms, including cash and share payments.
