Highland Plains is a 100%-held Georgina Basin phosphate tenement owned through King Eagle Resources Pty Ltd. A proposed extension of the Herbertvale Nature Reserve could sterilise the phosphate resource, and the outcome of the subsidiary's submission had not been advised at 31 December 2025.
