The San Pietro Copper Assets were the copper-focused assets at the San Pietro Project in Chile. Golden Arrow completed their sale to Capstone Copper and its wholly owned subsidiary on August 31, 2026. The selling joint venture, New Golden Exploration Chile SpA, received 2,200,012 Capstone common shares valued at approximately US$25 million.
