The retained 9,469-hectare gold-focused portion of the former San Pietro property in Chile's Atacama Region, held through New Golden Explorations Chile SpA. Four targets named Paula, Lolita Norte, Dos Marias and Cerro Sur span nearly ten kilometres, with Paula advanced by mapping, sampling and trenching and permitted for an initial drill program. Golden Arrow indirectly owns 75.019% of the project vehicle and Sociedad de Servicios Andinos SpA owns 24.981%. The company retained these concessions when it agreed to sell the separate Rincones-Colla copper-resource assets to Capstone.
