Triple F is a road-accessible gold exploration property approximately 28 kilometres northwest of Kelowna. The original option covers eight claims totaling approximately 851 hectares, and an October 2025 option added a claim and a claim application totaling about 477 hectares; both options require future exploration spending before Goldcana earns 100%. Phase I extended the main gold-tellurium soil anomaly to approximately 825 by 450 metres and returned 7.38 g/t gold over 3.2 metres from representative trench chips, including 21.0 g/t over one metre, but no current mineral resource exists.
